Booth Registration, Sponsorship Information, and Volunteer Registration are below!

Booth Registration

A booth will have a standard table (8x4) with two chairs included.
Extra chairs are $10 each.
Please let us know if you have a large backdrop so we know where to assign your booth.
We have a limited supply of forest green tablecloths - We encourage you to bring your tablecloth.
Electrical Service is $300 (HST Included).
Wifi is included.
Parking is not included. (The Exhibition Grounds has parking, and their fee depends on how many events are happening that day. It ranges approx $15-20 per day)
If you require an interpreter for your booth, we recommend arranging one yourself, as we will not provide interpreters.
Deadline to register: May 1, 2026.

One outlet can cover 4 booths. Please bring your own extension cords.
