MAYFEST 2024
When:
Friday, May 10th, from 10 AM to 4 PM
Saturday, May 11th, from 10 AM to 4 PM
Where:
Enercare Centre – Heritage Court Entrance
19 Nunavut Road, Toronto ON M6K 3C3
The centre is fully accessible, and plenty of parking spaces – Parking Lot #853 is the closest to the building.
Directions:
If using the GoTransit – The Exhibition Go station is the nearest station.
If using the TTC – Take the Yonge-University subway to Union Station. Take the 509 Streetcar from the Union Station southbound streetcar tunnel towards Exhibition Place.
If driving by car:
From the East – Take the Gardiner Expressway west to exit 153 for Lake Shore Blvd.
Turn right onto Newfoundland Rd. Turn left on Princes’ Blvd. Turn right on Nova Scotia Ave/Nunavut Road. The destination will be on the right.
From the West – Take the Gardiner Expressway east to Lake Shore Boulevard. Stay on Lake Shore Blvd. West. Turn left onto Ontario Dr. Turn right on Princes’ Blvd. Turn left onto Nova Scotia Ave/Nunavut Rd. The destination will be on the right.

BOOTH REGISTRATION FOR MAYFEST 2024

Booth registration information:
A booth will include an 8’ x 30’ table, a green table cloth and two chairs.
Deaf-Owned Business – $150
Non-Profit Organization – $360
Business/Corporation – $600
Government – $600
- Electrical services: There is a fee for this service. 1×1500 outlet = $219 + 13% HST = $247.47
- Wifi: The Wi-Fi service is complimentary at the Exhibition. You will be provided a username and password at your booth.
- Extra Chairs? You can get extra chairs for $5. Click yes if you need more than 2 chairs.
- Parking: There is plenty of parking across from the event. The parking cost varies depending on how many events occur on the Exhibition grounds that day. We will not be responsible for parking fees this year. When you arrive, you can purchase a parking pass at a kiosk or with a parking attendant.
You can pay through:
- PayPal – You will be redirected to the PayPal page after you submit the registration. You can continue with payment.
- Cheque – by mailing it to our office at 2395 Bayview Ave, Toronto ON M2L 1A2.
- E-Transfer – you can email it to office@deafontario.ca
Your booth will not be secured until we receive your payment.
The deadline to register for your booth is April 26, 2024. If the number of booths has reached our maximum, we will close the registration early.
